Solid EavesTrough were very responsive in advising how & when to rectify a blocked down-pipe that had come away from the house due to the weight of frozen ice in the down-pipe and original poor incline of ground pipe 40 years ago probably. Yaron contacted me the same day I left a message, visited to advise what was required to fix the issue and then on the day I contacted him when the weather warmed up and the frozen cores were able to be removed. Down-Pipe was reattached to the house and this 80 year old house is no longer being damaged as a result. I highly recommend Solid EavesTrough for all residential gutter works. All the best!
