Quick responses to quote requests and inquiries from Brian and Otto, great communication and job timeline updates, knowledgeable and skillful work by Jordan and his team, timely replies to job feedback, friendly communication with Marie-Jo in the office, and most importantly, an excellent finished product. Service 4 appliances responded quickly to my request and the service person Mike was very friendly and professional, and diagnosed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Given the quality of service, the labour charges were reasonable, however, the required replacement part seemed to have a significant markup which we discovered later. Be wary of replacement part costs, but otherwise this company provides very good service.
