I originally had a hot water heater contract with Sears which ConfortExpert took over. I have a rent to own contract that after 10 yrs the appliance was paid for yet ConfortExpert refuse to honour section 18 of the contract which clearly shows a $0 balance at the end of 120 payments or 10 yrs. According to them I have a contract for life and don’t own my appliance and must continue to pay for it at an inflated price of over $20/month.
