Had them replace cartridge on shower faucet in 2020. This morning the cold water wouldn’t shutoff. Called Roy and he was here quickly and found and fixed the problem in no time. And on a Sunday. I would recommend these guys to everyone who has plumbing issues. No charge as warranty work.
