BRM Water Conditioning installed a new water softener to replace our old conditioner that was 25 years old. Derek was excellent in going over the many options that were available and was very informative when explaining the pros and cons of each. The install was seamless and communication was good. There were no issues and we are very pleased with the product and service. Highly recommended.
