I called Robert from Templar to help us out with an attic mould issue my client had. He was quick to respond with a quote over the phone within minutes. What I liked most of all was his approach to the mould issue. He took the time to explain my options. I in turn explained these options to my client and after hearing them the client thought it best to go ahead and book the job with Templar. The job was done on time and no mess was left behind. A clearance letter was also included with the invoice to show in detail what work was performed and what standards were followed.
