My old furnace stopped working and called Heatex to come take a look at the problem. The technician came exactly when he said he would come. ( nice to not have to wait around all day for them to show up) and he gave me a couple options to save money, wich shows they are there to help the customer and not just take your money. In the end we decided to go with replacing the old furnace with a new one, the heatex team brought in a new furnace and just like that we had heat and don't have to listen to that noisy old furnace anymore. I would recommend Heatex to anyone. They were very professional and honest and took time to explain everything to us.
