I hired them to cut two trees. Per their reply, that can be finished in a single day. However, they took ad hoc orders from neighbors without our consent, ending up to take 3 days to get the trees cut. Even worse, those 3 days were not as promised dates. They kept not showing up without noticing me. Eventually, that totally took 2 weeks to get the trees cut. Lowering the tree stump was not done till now although promised to do that at their earliest convenience (2 months passed without any updates). Cleaning was not properly done. I needed to clean up by my own and had collected several bags of yard waste afterwards. Every time I call Rob, he kept stressing that they are so busy and do not place clients in more value to the next. Everyone has to be treated equally. Everyone has a booking day. But the fact of not showing up and keep accepting ad hoc orders proved these were only excuses. During the tree removal, the tree fell down and caused damage to my neighbor's property. When I told Rob, he denied that was caused by them until I showed him the video clip. It took several weeks to have person to get that fixed, which almost ruined my neighbor relationship. The appearance of this company had a good outlook with good responses in many social media platforms. However, I was totally disappointed and frustrated with such experience.
