One end of the vertical blinds in the living room had detached from the ceiling. I was desperate for a repair before the entire set detached. I called ShadeZone Blinds. Erika and Max offered their suggestions and assistance without hesitation. Even though it was a smaller job, and I was not a previous customer, they treated me with the utmost courtesy. Max attached the blinds using a superior anchor. He explained and showed me the difference between the previous anchors used and the anchors he uses. When I asked Max to check the other blinds and valances he did not hesitate and adjusted as necessary.
