Robert was amazing! The first repair he did over the phone analyzing the problem from just our conversation and recommending a simple solution which worked 100%. Then by coincidence, our gas dryer failed to ignite and he was able to look at it the same day. He was able to troubleshoot the problem again just by his experience and our conversation. He picked up the parts on the way and attended to it within about six hours. He held to his original quote and the dryer is working beautifully! Five stars!
