I called Reid to repair a pool heater, which wouldn't start. It is an older unit and the technician spent time to check it thoroughly and get it going. The cost was reasonable and the service has deferred a replacement, which will be expensive. I recommend this service.
I visited Bond’s décor to buy paint for a wall repair. The only colour information that I had was a very old paint can with a handwritten colour name on it. The helpful person at Bonds on Bank Street found the colour, long discontinued, from the name on the can and mixed a custom paint to match. The wall has now been painted and the colour match is so perfect that you would never know that it wasn’t the original paint. I highly recommend this company for custom paint needs.
Fence One is one of the most professional contractors we have ever worked with. Jeff, Richard and their crew are highly skilled and very hardworking. The project was finished quickly and the site was very clean. The real test, however, was the evening of tornados that hit our area a few weeks after the installation. Despite the high winds, the fence was rock solid as promised. We highly recommend Fence One.

We were not pleased with the customer service following installation of our pool heater, particularly when it caught fire in our backyard shortly after we purchased it. We had to pay a costly repair bill, even though the incident could have been prevented. We were shocked by the rudeness of the office staff when we called to discuss the fire. I would never recommend this company.
