Purchased a couch and love seat in leather. When it arrived and was unpacked, I notice an area of discolouration in the leather. Sent pictures and it was replaced with no real hassle, very pleased with the service and the merchandise, I felt product was high quality and is wearing very well. It has been a couple of years not.
