Our hot water heater decided to pack it in on a Saturday evening. Called Adam on Sunday morning and he got back to me within an hour. I sent him some photos and he had an estimate for me within another hour, and an appointment set for Monday morning. Hot water heater was replaced when they said it would be and the cost was what was estimated. So nice to have a hot shower again :-) Great guys too - highly recommend.
