I called a John in the summer to help with my gas fireplace,. He was prompt and got my fixed really quickly. Pleasant. Then on 2021 01 25 my furnace quit working. I called him he was here within an hour, diagnosed the problem and replaced the part immediately. So professional and nice and helpful. Will definitely call him again.
