Our cleaners, Melanie and Claudia were punctual, friendly, and left the place looking IMMACULATE. They organized a lot of loose objects I had left in my room - it's not the most organized place so that was a real feat on their part! It looks like a brand new apartment and I am proud to come home to it. The booking system was extremely straightforward and it was very clear what I had to provide (a vacuum and step stool). I would absolutely use Golden Hands again and would recommend them highly
