An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Boulevard was referred to me by a colleague that used their services for a renovation last year. I had hail damage to my siding and while out to do this quote, Vanessa recommended we take care of the windows and doors at the same time, my 30 year old home certainly needed it and the costs were within budget. She made a very good point that their business model is renovations and not 'storm replacement' so they take their time to do things right and at a renovation standard. Mike's work was great, he's detailed and took great care working on my home. The result is a dramatic change and Vanessa offered some great ideas to bring our home to a modern era while actually keeping the upgrade costs lower than I expected. Apparently 2 of my neighbours have called her for insurance replacements as well. Boulevard definitely has my recommendation.
