Excellent service from a firm with integrity. Ben was prompt and up front during the quoting process. He came on time, ensured cleanliness by laying floor coverings, wearing appropriate footwear and cleaning up. Install completed same day. A few weeks later I had to call him because the furnace stopped working. He came in within a few hours, diagnosed the problem, picked up a replacement part and had it installed all within the same day, free of charge and with a smile. I love working with people who show this kind of professionalism!
