An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I have been extremely pleased with my whole Eco-West experience. I had been in the market for double-glazed windows for some years, and had shopped around on and off in that time, never finding a company that could really deliver what I wanted. Eco-West convinced me that they could install windows that were the right colour—and that looked nearly identical to the wood-framed windows that matched the house. Everyone I dealt with at Eco-West was courteous, patient, practical, efficient, and professional. My salesman, Bryan, was second to none. Once he and I had worked out what I wanted, the rest of the process—measuring, preparation, installation, and cleanup—proceeded smoothly and without any serious hitches. Most impressive to me is Eco-West’s after-sales service. I have had two very minor concerns in the year since the windows were installed. Eco-West’s response has been swift and most satisfactory; at no charge to me, they have sent a professional to my home to address the problems as soon as I have contacted their office—even when one of the problems was not of their doing. I was so pleased with the window experience that I asked Eco-West to replace my furnace, which they did in the same, seamless way.
