We hired Munger to do the wiring for our outside shed. He was extremely thorough! He checked out our electrical panel and even answered some questions and looked at some home wiring that my husband did on request to ensure everything was okay. He was honest enough to tell my husband all the things he could easily do that would take a huge chunk of money off our bill. The finished product was exceptional and on time!

Let me tell you - all my live I have been terrified of spiders. TERRIFIED. We live out in the county and starting in spring, our house is COVERED in spiders to the point where when I would come home from work at midnight, I would make my husband stay up waiting for me so that I could call him on my cell to come and open the door and I could just run into the house. TERRIFIED. I had my doubts that a company could not only get rid of the spiders that were already covering my house, but also keep them from coming back, but I truly needed to try. I couldn't even leave the house after dinner time! They came. I paid. They sprayed. The spiders were GONE. For the rest of the summer, they were gone. I was thrilled. I literally wanted to go in there and kiss whomever thought up of this spider spray. I'll have this company back year after year.

We use this store frequently as it's very convenient for us living in the county. I have to say, for a small town store, their supply of products is GROWING quickly. They now have drywall and lumber - which saves us a bundle because we don't have to pay the big box stores a delivery fee. Anytime we go in there, we are always approached by someone to ask what they can help us find. No matter what I'm looking for, they find it for me in a matter of seconds. I've gone in there with only a vague description of what I'm looking for and Scott knows exactly what I'm talking about and can help me pick out what I need.

We purchased these appliances when we bought our home 5 years ago. This was a company that my husband's family had dealt with for YEARS. Initially we were extremely satisfied. They brought everything out to Harrow from Windsor for us at no charge and hooked everything up. We were thrilled. Aside from the fact that when we initially called to ensure our delivery was on the way, the wife told us that they didn't SELL black appliances. We had to explain EVERYTHING to her and have her put someone else on the phone to make sure we were indeed getting our appliances on our moving day. Our problems didn't really start until after the first service call. Mind you, we DO live in Harrow, but still ... a customer is a customer. We needed them to come out a second time for a problem with the washer. We had to WAIT for over a week - which wouldn't really be all that bad, except the wife again posed a problem to me ... she put my husband on "hold" or thought she did while she badmouthed us to someone else that was in the office!!! The wife also told us that she bought the exact same model of washer as us (truth) and that she has never had any problems with it at all (this was in response to how we could possibly have two service calls in less than two years). Come to find out, she was untruthful, because her husband who does the repairs told us that he had to rehaul the entire washer pretty near because she kept washing bath mats in it. I will never again use this company for any purchases or repairs.

I would not recommend this company as they had to be called back twice to redo the ceramic floor and to this day it still buckles and the grout is coming out. Originally they were only supposed to fix the small area in front of the sink, which they did. The floor is WHITE. The tiles they used were offwhite. They were called back and told us that the tile we had is not available. We asked that the entire floor be done. They came back and redid the entire floor. Originally we were told that the subfloor had to be taken up to be replaced. They didn't do it. The grout in the floor is broken and missing in places now. My mother in law made us leave it alone but the floor is a mess.
