Old furnace conked out in prime-time (January, -10C!) New one was installed in under 24hrs! I selected the mid-range option that includes 10yr parts 10yr labour for added peace of mind. Technicians were pleasant and I am thrilled to know I won’t need to replace the furnace for a long time!
