Eric has been excellent in his ability to identify the issues that I had with all three of my appliances. Communication is excellent and response time is excellent. His pricing is also very reasonable considering his high quality and professionalism and he is also transparent with the cost of the parts needed. It can definitely be a challenge to find a good contractor / repair person and I would not hesitate to use Eric again.
