I found the service provided by Alex to be exceptional. He followed up within 30 minutes when I made the initial inquiry. The service call took place the next day. He repaired the dishwasher and the rate he charged me was fair. He was polite and respected all the Covid protocols. He called a few days later to make sure the dishwasher was functioning properly.
