The spring/cables on my garage door were messed and it was stuck. I spoke to Clint, the service sales guy and he was immensely helpful. The service man, Tyler, was ON TIME and proficient. He was in and out in an hour and I am so happy my garage door opens and shuts again. He replaced my weather stripping and put in 4 inch rubber, to be sure it would seal.
