I bought a Groupon for a furnace cleaning & hot water tank inspection. Two men arrived, one did the cleaning and the other seemed mostly interested in selling me extras like an electrostatic filter, duct cleaning, and especially a new hot water tank. They did find a tiny hot water leak, and I will have the tank replaced, but not by them. Their quote was very high.
