While the product and install were great, other aspects of this business were lacking at best. They came highly recommended so we threw our hats in the ring, but think we'll consult companies in this directory from now on instead. The used-car salesman approach should have been a red flag. Our floors look great and we are happy, but I'd run the other way before going through these guys again.
