Had to put through an insurance claim due to damage to our clinic flooring. Jared was awesome right from the first phone call I put in. He said he knew right away how to best deal with insurance claim aspect and knew what they needed and wanted. We were going back and forth with another company since we were required to provide more than one estimate and Jared worked back and forth to keep competitive and advocated for us to get the best settlement he could. Their show room was new, modern and had a ton of selections to pick from. Was really happy with their installers too, particularly Kevin who was super knowledgeable and skilled at the installation aspect and went above and beyond to even accommodate our request for the 4 day holiday weekend so as to reduce our businesses down time to a minimum. He finished his job earlier than promised (in 2.5 days instead of 3) which left us plenty of time to get our office back together and not leave it down to the wire time wise. To sum it all up, we're thrilled with our new flooring, what we got from our insurance settlement budget and the installation process. The floor looks awesome too ;) Great job guys!! Thanks for everything! Would recommend them again in a heartbeat. Ask for Kevin to install. He was great!!

James botched so many key features of our renovation!! (TERRIBLE colour matching on our stairwell feature to our hardwood, had to be stripped and re-stained several time and is still not satisfactory but he refused to re-do it even though it was completely his fault. He said he put too much time and energy into fixing it that he lost money on it and refused to re-do it properly. He was not organized in ordering the products we selected which required much scrambling and re-selection on our part. (Example our hardwood selection was going to take 6-8 weeks to come in because he did not order it on time so we had to re-select so as not to delay/prolong the project, it should be noted that we had made him aware of all of our selections approx. 8 weeks prior to our renovation start date, our old flooring was torn out before he even tried to order it!) Trades were not organized and scheduled well even though we were constantly nudging him to book the next trade so there were not delays etc. Examples: Custom shower glass was never installed, we had to take it over because the rest of the project was completed and we were still approx. 2 months away from getting the glass installed and he did not want to be bothered with the seeing this thru after he got paid. Also pot light fixtures were on back order and did not get installed until approx. 2 month after everything else was finished. I could honestly go on and on but ultimately i recommend you stay VERY far away from this contractor. He had a few great staff members that did good work but unfortunately James himself was overseeing the project and ruined the whole experience. It was extremely stressful. In the end even though the project was completed approx. 9 months ago, he will not return our calls or texts to complete the few items we have on our deficiency list. Thankfully we did keep a very small hold back but still, once he gets paid the majority, he has moved on and not fulfilled his end of the contract to complete the touch-ups and repairs etc. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

Very happy with our service. They were on time, very efficient, professional and did an excellent job. Will be booking them twice a year from now on. Highly recommend AcroTech! Money well spent.
