I had my kitchen countertops installed about a year ago, or a little over. I met these people at a Home tradeshow actually. At that time, the manager was someone by the name of Dustin. He was very friendly, very professional and relaxed a lot of the fears that I had had about the company to begin with. I ordered our countertops - for a fairly exotic look - white piracema - I think it was about $50-$55 a square foot. Install day came, it was timely and the guy, Daniel, who did it was nice and very clean. My cabinets were left in good shape, my sink hole was perfect and the seam was hardly visible. We were very pleased. I am not doubting the comments left behind by other viewers. I'm actually just feeling lucky that we didn't have those issues, as I also recommended them to a colleague who also bought through them. Hers was a month late, but the install went off without a hitch. Based upon these negative comments, I'm not sure I would recommend them again ... but if it was just based upon my own experience, I would as they were cheap for granite, and everything went smoothly. As such, I'm giving this place a 7.5 realistically.

We had just bought our first house. It was January and snow was everywhere. We were nervous to boot, with no experience of houses. Richard from Pillar to Post showed up exactly on time. He climbed up the ladder to look at the roof in the cold, trudged around the house to examine parging, and inside the house, took us around to every nook and cranny - all the while explaining what he was looking for and why. When we finished, he printed off his report to us right away from a printer he had brought along. Along with that we got a book full of homeowner information along with a manual (that we still refer to) where it lists all the average costs of typical repairs. We really liked Richard, and feel their materials were worthwhile. I don't think they are cheapest inspector out there, but you do get what you pay for. We were glad we went with Pillar to Post, and glad that it was Richard who helped us.

I was referred to them by a store where I was browsing cabinets. I was hoping to find "higher end" looking laminate countertops - the kind with a bit of texture and sparkle, that were also within budget. We went to Craftline, and they suggested we first look through their 'end pieces' as that would be the most affordable. Guess what? They had exactly the countertops I wanted!! The friendly sales lady helped us to choose our edging, explained how to measure properly, and their ordering process. We went home, measured, faxed her our plans, and two weeks later, picked up our perfect countertops priced below even our modest budget. I say "perfect" b/c not only were they affordable and pretty, but also fit our cabinets EXACTLY. Their cutting was precise down to a millimeter. Very happy, and am planning to return to them again for more!
