Your communications throughout were generally good, and we appreciated your taking the time to move our furniture back onto our deck as we requested. My impression is that your prices are high; I say this with reference to your quote in respect of the downtown apartment, in particular. This is likely a function of the structure of your business as compared with an individual painter who operates his own business. The quality of your painter's work was very good. Thank you.

In regards to the estimate for your downtown condo, the price quoted is a very average price for a high end finishing quality paint job.
