Purchase of a fridge & washing machine
Coast is easy to deal with remotely - we have purchased multiple appliances by phone, easy payment and invoicing by email, delivery available. Only annoying thing is that they won't actually install washing machines, so you need to pay someone else to be there to hook it up (or be there to do it yourself.)
We had a tub badly in need of refinishing, and had only heard horror stories about others' experiences. This company's service was great - while others were still delaying in getting us estimates, we had our tub refinished at a VERY reasonable price within days of calling them, and now it looks like new. Much better solution than anything else we found out there. Also easy to work with, we were booking/paying/etc. from out of town and everything went smooth by phone/email.
I was very happy with this company. My carpets were left extremely clean (and started quite dirty when we moved in), worthy of letting my little baby chew away. Jay's service was fantastic - he went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the cleaning, moving alot of furniture to clean underneath and answering lots of questions regarding the products he used. His equipment also seems much better than some of his competitors (who warned me to vacuum lots before the cleaning, etc.) and left our carpets spotless. We had a bit of a misunderstanding regarding the products used, but Jay went above and beyond to remedy any concerns I had and left the carpets clean and free of any harmful chemicals or scents. I will definitely call him again next year!
