They were extremely rude on the phone, showed up 3 hours before the appointment even though I said one of our two items to be cleaned wouldn’t be delivered for another 2 hours, cleaned the one sofa and refused to come back for the second one that day. We booked it weeks in advance since we were having a family party that night, so we had to scramble at the last second to find someone else to do it. And before the guy left, he tried getting my father in law to pay since we weren’t home (because he was 3 hours early!). Then they charged us over $200 for our loveseat because that’s their “minimum charge”. Oh and they say their stuff is dry in 2-3 hours - totally false!! We couldn’t even use that sofa for the party because it was soaking wet 7 hours after it was cleaned. When I told the receptionist how upset I was, her response was “so what do you want, a discount of something”. This place is the absolute worst all around - STAY AWAY!!

Steve and his crew tore down our old fence and put up a beautiful and sturdy new fence/gate for a reasonable amount. He did a custom top on it to give it a modern look and added a trellis above the gate to give it dimension. It’s stunning and Steve is very knowledgeable about types of wood and ensuring posts are to the frost line. More importantly, he came when he said he would and cleaned up afterwards. Others in my neighbourhood started using him and everyone is very happy with his work. Highly recommend him!

THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! I took off my morning at work because Rooter-man was supposed to show up at 8am. They never did and instead called at 11am to say sorry and reschedule. I rescheduled for 2pm the same day and I was going to head home when they got to my condo with a tenant present. They never called me, just went up to my condo 1.5 hours late AGAIN (3:30pm) and my tenant gave them the go ahead to change the shower head for $226 without confirming with me (it took 4 minutes)!!! They even took the old shower head with them. I called and they refused to do anything about it, they hung up on me, AND refused to bring back the shower head that is my property. I've worked with contractors for 13 years now and Rooter-man was by far the WORST. I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.
