Exceptional customer service! I am not sure what happened with the other reviews on homestars though I have full confidence recommending InsideOut Patio in Woodbridge or any of their locations to any of my family or friends. I been looking for a patio heater for some time now - covid has made these things a hot item and many are selling cheaply built, low quality heaters for 3 times the price! I came across InsideOut patio online and after speaking to a very knowledgeable representative Nicole, I had an order and not only did they deliver, it was fully assembled in my backyard when I got home a day later. There was a slight issue with the heater (no fault of InsideOut Patio), however, a simple phone call to Nicole is all it took and a replacement was sent up assembled and I have outdoor heat again! I can't ask for any more and can honestly say my expectations have been exceeded! Definitely will be a customer for life. Thank you to the amazing team at InsideOut Patio, Service Team and especially Nicole.
