Eric from Tile Installation City did an amazing job on my kitchen and pantry backsplash. He was very meticulous, professional and creative. He communicated with me to let me know when he was coming. He cleaned up beautifully and even made me a herringbone tray that I could use on my new white counters. He is extremely experienced and was a pleasure to work with. If you need any tiling done - Eric is your guy. Very positive and very reasonable. Thank you Eric for making my kitchen look gorgeous.

We are thrilled with the quality and professional service we received from Rami, Eric and their entire team. What an incredible transformation. We now have a stunning spa like bathroom - with lots of storage in the vanity, wall to glass shower and beautiful and comfortable stand alone bathtub. Rami and Eric were amazing !! They were always available to discuss timing of the project. They are now doing a complete renovation on our entire main floor - stay tune for incredible pictures. We highly recommend Koncept for all your needs- they do it all - big or small. You will not be disappointed.
