Complete paving of Townhouse complex roadway
The demo was nasty and we had to live with it. Days later not much done and let's remember no parking for the owners of the units.for a week (there is street parking for 20 cars max - Over 70 cars in the complex??- I actually came home late yesterday from work and drove over into my driveway and any issue with my car I will deduct.. Seems we may be anther week or to in? Lot's of damage that will I doubt King will take care. poorly managed and coordinated jjob. My lasting memory of an Manager for this company will be at 7:15am Sept 14th = the manager that was suppose to be available all week to answer questions - put his head in my car, swore, yelled went red in the face and spit was coming out - one comment from him "get your F self to work" Parting Mangers comment was "I am King of this place" King York have been here for a week - the worst coordinated and managed job I have seen. Check before you dig is that not a given? Lets just rip and not worry about the phone, cable lines seem to be a given. I would not recommend this company

I actually have to tell you I am very cofused on what exactly you are trying to convey to the general public reading this. This review is absolutely confusing. King York Paving is not responsible for the arranging of parking permits while the work is being conducted. I believe you live in a townhouse complex unit, therefore you must have a property manager that you may express your issues about the parking. As for how our representative of the company handled himself, I cannot comment on his behaviour or your behaviour because I was there to observe. All I could say is that we did not have any problems with the company who contracted us therefore, we should have no issues with residential owners. As for our represenative Luciano, he has been with our company for over 25 years and never had any complaints. We must all keep in mind that King York Paving had an agreement with the property manager of the complex. King York Paving Ltd. has been operating for 36 years.
