We have a 1930's house and had some knob and tube that needed to be replaced. We reviewed a few Electrician's but found Jordan's skills, experience and approach to be the best. He had to rewire 3 switches, 2 ceiling lights, three plugs and a front porch hanging light, as well as 2 ground fault outdoor outlets. This was done with only a couple of very small holes in the original plaster. His focus on quality in his work and products he uses is top notch. He is also very organized and ensures the worksite is tidy. He is the best electrician we have every come across. Highly recommend his work with either old retrofits or new builds.

The carpet looks brand new now! The team was friendly and had great equipment to clean our basement carpet and stairs. We have two cats but you would never notice with how clean the carpets are now.

We spoke with a number of upholstery companies and found Keith very knowledgeable, skilled and helpful. The quality of work is high and price very reasonable. It was important for us to have someone we could trust handle these pieces from 1972.

We decided to replace a 1.5 ton Bryant AC unit that was 26 years old with a new American Standard Silver 2 ton unit. We did have some limitations as our furnace was a mid efficiency Lennox that could only handle a 2 ton AC unit. The Air Point team provided expert advice, were very professional and really cared about the quality and cost effectiveness of what they were recommending. When they arrived to do the job, they cleaned and prepared the site, laid new gravel and patio stones and took great care and pride in the installation. The new copper line, electrical, and connection to the furnace was also high quality. Air Point gets very high marks for knowledge, pride in their work, friendliness, and quality.

We have a Kitchenaid electric wall oven that Tony repaired. The burner needed to be replace but wall ovens have the burner buried deep inside the unit which means you have to take the thing apart. It was clear that Tony knew what he was doing - the quality of the repair was high and he was a pleasure to deal with. I higher recommend this company.

We had some challenging skylights and ceiling area requiring painting. Jason was able to address the challenges safely and with very high quality workmanship and products. I’ve used other painters in the past but with the combination of quality, service and price I won’t go to any other painter in the future.

Leading on Edge Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof which included some complicated roofing styles on our portico. The quality of the products used were top notch, and the workmanship was beyond expectations. This company did a great job cleaning our basement carpet and stairs, including stain removal. This was done with only a fraction of the water used by other companies so we have a faster dry time. Really impressed with the products used, service and professionalism of Mark. I highly recommend this company.

The Solutions team ran Cat 6 cabling in four areas of our home - which is a 1930's house (double brick walled) with a newer 2nd storey. They were able to cable with mimimal damage (only 3 small holes). We knew this company was top quality, but even we were surprised with how professional and friendly the team was, and the quality of the workmanship and products. I've looked at several carpenters and railing solutions to match the traditional exterior of our 1930's home When I met with Joe at RJ Aluminum, I was very impressed with the options he presented, the way in which he conducted business and in the end with the high quality of workmanship. I would certainly use RJ Railings again and recommend his business to others.

We had two skylights on the second storey that were difficult to reach - one over the stairwell and the other over a glass show/tub enclosure. They prepared the walls, repaired screw 'pops' and ensure the correct products were used due to the humidity that collect in those areas. The workmanship was very good, they were very organized, clean and highly professional. I would highly recommend their work and would use them again for other projects.

Basement drain was never installed with trap. Levstein & Stern quickly identified the problem, provided very good references that I was able to verify and reasonable quote. The quality of the workmanship is very high, and they are a pleasure to work with.
