We chose Jay because out of couple contractors came for the project estimation, he's the only one asked relevant questions related to the project. His estimate was accurate and no hidden (additional) cost at the end. Jay and his team were efficient , he completed the project on time even we later decided to include sewerage replacement for our basement .
