From beginning to end Andrew was a great communicator and professional. Installation was clean and done in one day. We interviewed at least 6 different door "suppliers" and all were selling from catalogues. Whatever brand they associate themselves with, that was the selection. When I found Andrew, we were wowed with the service and selection options. We reviewed his past work (through his extensive photo library) and discussed what we wanted. Easy peasey, completely customized!!! Style of door, window insert (custom made - we even picked the glass components) and hardware we preferred. We're very happy. With a purchase decision as significant as the granite counter top in our newly renovated kitchen is, we were very nervous that this could go wrong. We visited supply/fabricators and were not impressed with their customer service skills. Sitting with Violetta, she assured us that she would make sure we are happy with our choices, and we can say that we were 100% happy with our decision. She referred us to her suppliers to pick out granite slabs. There are hundreds of choices out there and we were very particular about what we wanted. It took weeks of visiting the suppliers to find just the right slabs we were looking for. Now that the kitchen is complete, it is exactly what we hoped to achieve. Thanks to Violetta for her patience in guiding us, thanks to her team for the granite counter top - it's a 100% fit. Everyone who sees the install before the backslash was in, is amazed at the precision cut and fit - including our plumber and cabinet installers were amazed at the fit. We had a full kitchen renovation done and installed a pantry a full 36" deep. The cabinet supplier was unable to supply pull out drawers over 24" deep - actually standard drawers are less than 20" because of dead space in the back. We shopped around and Dan the Drawer Man was exceptional. Contacting him was quick and easy. He does what he says he'll do, on time, clean and tidy. We have made use of every square inch of our pantry with these drawers - no wasted space. Our beautiful kitchen now has "custom" drawers at a fraction of the price of other estimates, and the best quality we found anywhere. Thanks Dan.
