Jordan came to our home and first provided us with an education about window coverings - more than we ever imagined we'd have to consider when making this very important decision. He was most interested in getting us the right product, which we really appreciated, and he was very honest and forthcoming while we were choosing. He helped us decide on the right colours, patterns, opacity, style, automation/manual, blackout/non-blackout options for each room in our home. He was kind, communicative, prompt in his responses and installation was efficient and went off without a hitch. I cannot recommend his service enough - he's truly professional and I am so glad we were able to work with him. We get compliments on our window coverings (which is funny, because they are supposed to be 'unnoticed' in a home), but they just look so good that our friends and family have had to chime in.
