I spent $4k for a sofa from theBay two years and bought a new one from Sofa999 for $1k early this year. Actually, I more like the new one not because it's new but the design and quality. Unbelieveable price for the high quality product.

I bought a table and broke a leg while assembling it. I went back the store with the broken leg. They replaced the leg without any question. The process is so easy and that's reason I love Ikea.
