Busche installed the quartz countertop in the kitchen of our new home in January 2014. One year later, the joint between the two pieces has separated and now a sharp edge is exposed. I called Busche and spoke with Nadine who was extremely rude and not helpful. She took no responsibility and blamed the house settling or the cabinets being completed incorrectly. She somehow knew this without anyone inspecting the actual issue. I was told it would cost $250 to have this repaired. Considering this counterop was installed just over a year ago, I expected it to be repaired at least with a discount. I then spoke with other granite business in the area who were shocked that Busche wanted to charge 250. 0/10 for customer service.

Yes this installation was done by Busche Granite through a 5 star builder. Upon calling me this home owner was already upset with the builder and had nothing nice to say. With my many years experience in the countertop industry I tried my best to professionally educate this client. Which I am able to do without going to the job site already understanding the situation. most times a seam separates is when the sub straight shifts pulling it in one direction or another. I.E in new builds when the house settles cabinets, walls, baseboards, etc. can shift which would not be warrantable from the builder or granite provider. To send a service technician out from Busche Granite for a service call the charge is $250 as a standard fee which we were more then willing to provide, normally $500 by many local granite shops. Our end result in any situation is always customer satisfaction. I am truly sorry that the client could not be satisfied with the end results in this case!
