the staff are very polite and friendly. one of the salespersons was rude, however you cant rate the whole bunch based on one, maybe it was just her bad day. been there a couple of ties. lots of selection and even if you go alone, you can always get the staffs honest opinion. parking is sometimes bad, but otherwise overall great place to buy neat fabric!.

the customer service was efficient. they came on time, however due to a mixup on our part, the timings were confused, we were still charged a 10 percent fee for that service. but overall the service was done as we wanted and the second time around we were satisfied. would recommend to get job done, budget wise it depends.
