Yuri had a competitive price and did a good job on my siding. Very happy with the end result. I didn't give 5/5 because the crew didn't do a great job of clean-up after. I have small kids and my backyard had old aluminum nails and strips of cut aluminum debris from the old siding. Would recommend for value, but just inspect before they leave.

Colin is a careful and meticulous contractor. He figured out a smart yet elegant way to hide my new downspout without tearing up my deck. His price was exceptional, and he does not add a markup on materials. He also did a phenomenal job improving our pergola, which was made by a former DIY owner. Last year, it looked awful. Boards were warped, the thing was going to come down. Colin put together two packages to choose from; one involved reinforcing the structure in place, and the other also included replacing the footings. We opted to spend less money now, and the end result was amazing. Colin is good at giving you choices so that you don't break the bank. He didn't come in and say "tear it all down!!". He helped us manage our budget and the result was beyond expectation. We would recommend him to anyone and everyone!

These guys are not the low-ball cheap contractors. They're not the most expensive either. And they do a really high-quality job. In my mind, the perfect balance of cost and quality. You get what you pay for, right? They took out all my old eaves and replaced with a totally new system. They were careful to locate the downspouts exactly as I had specified, in locations that are away from the foundation wall but unobtrusive. Darren did not recommend funnels or other silly things; he kept it nice and neat, no need for me to tell them that. Gave me a few different scopes for me to choose from, too!

We bought a house with bad wiring. Rob came to our house and reviewed all the sockets and switches, and provided a free estimate. He was very professional, and made us feel like he would be able to totally fix all the issues. He is also very good at installing very quiet bathroom fans in very hard areas.
