Vince at Fantastic Kitchens was very helpful during our major kitchen renovation. After providing him with our rough layout sketches, Vince prepared detailed drawings showing measurements down to the mm. My wife and I reviewed and revised these drawings at least five times! Each time, Vince would incorporate our changes into the progressing design and at times even point out issues we had not considered. All this at no extra charge! The finished product gets rave reviews from all visitors to our home. Well done Vince!

As owner of Soakers, he advised us to stay away from overly expensive and ultra-cheap fixtures... and, after reviewing our proposed bathroom renovation plans, gave us honest advice on toilet models, bath tubs, and undermount lavatory sinks. He clearly showed us the MSRP in the manufacturer's catalog and then proceeded to give us a good discount. Reliable knowledge, good prices, and local... all the things a consumer should look for when evaluating suppliers or retailers.
