An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I want to thanks you and all the staff at GTA for a professional and smooth move last Wednesday. Inspite of the extreme heat, the guys worked tirelessly in moving our enormous amount of 'stuff'. I was very impressed with the care and accomodating attitude that each of the guys showed, and felt that they moved our belongings as if they where their own. As you know the heat was extreme, but this was not a problem, as the guys were patient and carefull at all times.
