Dwayne and Heather provided exceptional service during the project of designing and installing kitchen, vanities and closet organizers. We also purchased some furniture from them. Quality and service were just superb.

Natalya did not finish the job she collected money for. She changed design without clients’ approval. Several blinds do not fit properly. She left parts of large front windows made only from lining fabric which makes all window treatment unusable. She missed several appointments and did not return our calls. She lacks business ethics and fails to provide customer satisfaction. I would not recommend anybody to deal with [her].
