During the past year I replaced kitchen and laundry room appliaces and fixtures and I received consistent great service from the very helpful people at Rona. I was especially frustrated with replacing a dishwasher because of some fittings that I needed. I asked a Rona person and he went out of his way to understand my problem and his solution was to give me 3 different fittings advising me to return the ones I didnt use.

My daughter had just returned from a US shopping trip and had noted a couple of laptop prices for specific HP and Toshiba models. When we found the corresponding models at this Future shop location, the salesman and his supervisor were very helpful in matching the price (this meant a $100 discount over the already discounted sale price). The only caveat was us buying an extented warranty plan which we wanted anyway. Overall, a very pleasant experience.
