We worked with Avi and found him to be very easy to deal with. He had 2 of his contractors, John and Cash come in and review the basement prior to teardown. We found both John and Cash to be very efficient, effective and polite (thank you both again). The work effort and quality was high, the timeliness were met and the cost was reasonable. (We made a few changes once they started which were pleasantly accommodated.) The outcome and experience was very positive and we would recommend Avi, John and Cash to anyone looking at basement renovations.

- The team did try to contain the basement dust during the work but the house did become dusty so improved containment would be appreciated.
