This is a terrible company, they are yes cheaper but you get what you paid for. The quality of the job was ok however their installers were TERRIBLE! They were loud and didnt much care for our lawn or brick driveway. While sliding stuff up and down the front of the house via their ladder they dropped something and cracked one of our brick steps in two, when we confronted the company they denied this was their fault and refused to pay for damages. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

First of all I want to say that I did a lot of research on my own and it really does pay off. I had quotes from smaller companies which were quoting us roughly 5 grand less than Brock's price but I found that the window industry is all about the rating any company with higher ratings were in this price range while some which I wont name went as high as 15 grand. Brock was friendly, there installers were friendly and great guys would highly recommend them to anyone. We had to add 2 more windows to the job and the sales gave us the same discount and promotions a month later, great service!
