Moved in and there wasn't a room in the house that didn't have a problem. Doors didn't close properly, locks were broken, baseboard damaged, crown molding damaged. Our upgraded cupboards were my favourite part. None of them closed properly and one of them the wood was split in two. Our PDI was LONG. Despite leaving 20+ voicemail along with countless emails no one has ever called me back and not a single item on the PDI has been fixed. Including the leak in the basement. Previously I had bought with Mattamy and although the house quality wasn't great over time at least they answered the phone and technicians actually came to our house to do work.
