Neil Durling from Holmes came to diagnose our old A/C unit that was not functioning properly. He was very friendly and respectful, and took quite a bit of time to show and explain to me what he was doing and discussing the implications. He was very up front about fees for subsequent services. He is very knowledgeable and loves his work. Highly recommended! We have also had good experiences with Holmes teams fixing a mis-wired gas stove and maintaining our furnace.
