ABBA drywall was contracted to come out to our home a to fix some nail pops. They do a decent patching job... But they do not clean up after themselves! They sand the patches and leave the drywall dust where it falls... Even my son's bed was left covered in drywall dust.
Park Lighting is a beautiful store. It carries lights to suit every style. You can usually find some great deals. They have prices that would fit anyone's budget. Park Lighting I'd put go to place for lighting. Highly recommend!
We hired Prime2Finish to paint our dining room about a year ago. They did a fantastic job! No mistakes and no mess. They were in and out. We would hire them again. Awesome work and service!
Daytona is a decent homebuilder. However, the follow up service is not great. When fixing nailpops, they will only mud the pop and the owners are left to paint. The water lines in our home were placed too close to the walls. When we put in a small nail, a water line was punctured and our house flooded. Our child's bedroom had a ton of water in the ceiling. They sent out plumbers to fix the puntured line and only muded the ceiling. Nothing else. I spoke with the plumbers when they came out to fix the line. They told me that they are called out on many of the same type of calls for Daytona Homes. Daytona has assisted people who don't have their full downpayment with getting into their homes. For example, they will put down that they are charging for a developed basement and instead of developing it they will give you the money. We did not go this route, but know many that have.
We hird J & L Contracting to paint our newly developed basement. It started out okay. After painting, they requested we pay in full (we did - our HUGE mistake) however, we felt more comfortable handing them money as they told us they would come back in 2 days to remove the tape and do any touch-ups. They never came back. We found many spots missed or totally unevern and the lines that were not cut properly (our basement ceiling looks wobbly)They do not answer their phone or return phone calls. The couple of times my husband was lucky enough to contact them, they promised to come out within 2 days. They never came. It looks like we are going to have to hire new painters to fix their "work". If you are looking to hire them, please reconsider - the work is shabby and they do not follow through, despite having a signed contract
The restore is a good place to check out once in a while. The selection varies based on what's been given to them or left over from their project. You can get paint for cheap!

Daytona builds sturdy homes and usually come with upgrades. However, if your home gets nail pops (which ours had many!) they only bring in a guy to slather drywall over them. A mess is always left behind and you are left with big drywall splotches which you will have to paint over. I know other builders will come in and drywall & paint the nail pop. Had we known Daytona only went part way, we would have chosen a different builder.
my husband and i looooooove rona. it is the first place we go to when we need anything for our home. right now we are developing our basement and have purchased all our supplies from rona. the staff are very helpful and knowledgable. on the chance the staff does not have an answer for one of our questions, they say so and go about finding the answer...a huge plus! rona is our go to store for everything home improvment...the airmiles earned while shopping there is a great bonus
A lot of selection and reasonably price. The staff at Burnco are very knowledgable and helpful. Will definitly go to Burnco for all our landscaping needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a well priced, well stocked and knowledgable landscaping company.
Very very good. They are one of the the best priced moving companies around. They do an awesome job and do not cut corners. Next time I need movers or know of someone looking...Safeway Moving will be the first place I go/recommend
